At Continuum of Living Network, we focus on locating wheelchair accessible housing for sale or rent. We support the unique BAC Model of home partnerships between the Beneficiary, In-Home Care Agency and Caregiver. Our mission is to overcome the challenges faced by individuals in need of wheelchair accessibility.
